Winner of the prestigious 2009 GOLDEN BROOM AWARD at ISSA Interclean Central & Eastern Europe, and candidate for the Clean Green Afidamp Award, the new ECS system, joining together all the know-how of IPC Gansow and IPC Ready System, is characterised by  unique solutions which revolutionise the very concept of floor cleaning.
The scrubber drier CT40 ECS is made by three main elements:
- the Micro Scrub scrubbing system;
- the Chem Dose system;
- the Energy Saver technology.
The innovative and exclusive Micro Scrub scrubbing system (Patent Pending), with microfibre pad from IPC Ready System, thanks to the special solution dispensing system, washes all types of floor saving more than 80% of water during cleaning operations because it uses just 0,15 litres of water per minute, instead of the 1,5 litres/minute consumed by conventional scrubber driers. This unique technology, heart of ECS system, has been developed and improved in depth in order to maximise the system’s cleaning potential and functional characteristics.
Superb results are guaranteed by three main technical features:
1) Ultra-high speed: at 600 rpm (3 times faster than on a conventional scrubber drier) to maximise the cleaning potential of millions of fibres.
2) Ultra-low pressure: the pad only skims the surface of the floor, allowing better oxygenation of the pad fibres.
3) Ultra-low water consumption: only 0,15 litres/minute is needed to achieve results far beyond those possible with a conventional system.

The Chem Dose, the detergent micro-dosing system gives a saving in detergent consumption up to 90%, eliminating wastage and needless pollution and ensuring optimum dosage.

Finally, the "Energy Saver" technology in the CT40 ECS uses around 15% less energy than conventional scrubber driers. The batteries can be charged using either a Battery Life Saver or the on-board battery charger, and both give valuable extra cycles and consume up to 30% less mains power.

ECS is an “open” system and represents the first phase of a far wider IPC Gansow project, which aim is to develop new cleaning solutions with lower running costs and improved environmental protection, maintaining excellent standards of efficiency and quality.
