The continuous evolution and solutions offer are the main reasons of the develop of the 1450, a ride-on sweeper with more than 4 hours of running time, which has been created for the heaviest duties to ensure the highest cleaning results even with the hardest dirt, as in the factories, the warehouses, the squares or the parkings.

Neither external nor internal areas are a problem for 1450, a sweeper totally hydraulics both in traction and in brushes and hopper operations, available in two versions, a diesel version for external uses, and a battery version for internal areas.
The diesel version is available with two motors: Lombardini for the European market, and Yanmar for the American market. This choice confirms the care that IPC Gansow dedicates to the details, as the cost drop and the reduction of the polluting discharges caused by components movements.

Four of the main features of the 1450 are:
- the large sweeping path (the total sweeping width made by the central brush together with the two side brushes is 1,5 metres). The 1450 is equipped with a pressure adjustment system on central brush which allows 3 different pressure levels, in order to adapt the machine to all the types of surfaces.
- The central brush with a special V shape design which facilitates the collection of the debris towards the centre of the waste hopper, avoiding the build-up of the dirt beside the machine.
- The rot-proof duster filter, made by large elements separated by polyester fabric for maximum dust filtration capacity, high resistance and long duration. The 1450 sweeper protects the environment because holds also the finest dust besides the most different debris.
- The hydraulic circuits on traction, sweeping system and dirt hopper discharge (which can reach an high of 144 cm), allow to lower maintenance costs, already low on IPC Gansow machines. IPC Gansow machines do not need tools to replace components, easy reachable even if in the internal spaces.

1450 is equipped with components designed for heavy uses, like the Danfoss hydraulic traction motor, which ensures high performances and maximum reliability; the shock absorbent system on side brushes, in order to avoid breaks or damages on the sweeping system; the chassis in fully coated steel, to ensure maximum duration and the higher reliability; the control panel protected against water with plastic sheath.
The 1450 sweeper is a little cleaning laboratory which allows the operator to work at maximum efficiency levels with minimum efforts.
