01 Jan 2007. A unique machine: the CT 70 from IPC Gansow
The Professional Line scrubber driers of IPC Gansow (a division of IPC – Integrated Professional Cleaning) is enhanced by a unique model in its market segment, unequalled for its innovative features that makes its performance excellent.
The CT 70 walk-behind scrubber drier is an extremely compact machine and stands out for its large 70 litre detergent tank and its 70 cm scrubbing width  -  two elements that are enough to highlight its uniqueness and ensure maximum productivity at levels that have never been seen in similar machines.
But these are not the only exclusive and important innovations. Due to the particular "V" shape of the squeegee, the CT 70 has a suction system which distributes the same power at the centre and at the sides of the scrubbing width, ensuring a perfectly dry floor in just one time.

Equally important to optimise work is the water distribution at the centre of the brush (Centre Flow System), a feature which allows a uniform washing, balanced water delivery and less waste, improving results and safeguarding the environment.
In terms of ergonomics, the CT 70 stands out for the excellent weight distribution which makes it easy to manoeuvre, helped by the grip of the handlebar, made even more secure and comfortables to reduce fatigue for the operator whose work is also facilitated by the excellent visibility, intuitive and easy to use control panel and sound proofing system to reduce noise levels.
Maximum efficiency is combined with maximum reduction of maintenance costs, lowered to the minimum thanks to innovative solutions.  The internal compartments are easily accessible and the brush, the blades and the squeegee can all be replaced without using tools.
Particularly important are the water level sensors which disable the vacuum motor, put in the highest point of the machine, when the recovery tank is full. A LED shows when the level of dirty water is at the limit and another LED warns when the solution tank is in reserve, leaving a working time of two minutes.
To ensure the the longest working life, the CT 70 has an automatic detergent autostop system which starts and stops the flow depending on the pressure on the brush control lever, and a delayed automatic brush stop system which stops rotation after an interruption of three seconds and starts it up again when the drive lever is pressed, protecting both the brushes and the surface.
Compact, manoeuvrable, efficient, ergonomic, cost competitive and particularly robust, the CT 70 has reduction gears in oil bath that protect the mechanical components from exposure to moisture and thus deterioration. It also has shockproof guards on the washing head and on the squeegee, and the cowling is made by high resistance material with a smooth surface, resistant to dents and accidental knocks.
Every detail of the machine has been designed for professional performance, with features which confirm the excellence of the IPC Gansow Research and Development Department.
