07 Nov 2007. IPC Gansow’s efficient evolution
The IPC Gansow 512 and IPC Gansow 712... in other words, (e)volution at its most significant.
IPC Gansow is the IPC-Integrated Professional Cleaning division specialising in the floor care sector, making motorised sweepers and scrubber driers for professional use with two lines, the Professional line designed specifically for cleaning companies and the Premium line for more specific and demanding applications.
In perfect harmony with the Group’s guiding philosophy, IPC Gansow places customers and their needs at the centre of its research, developing machines which are ever more genuine partners in the dealer’s business, offering not just high efficiency performance thanks to the quality of the materials used and technical features adopted, but also optimising work times, reducing company costs and guaranteeing a highly competitive quality/price ratio.
The walk behind and ride on versions of the IPC Gansow 512 and IPC Gansow 712 are Professional line sweepers conceived as an advanced evolution of the two existing models, the 510 and the 710, with performance particularly appreciated by the market.
Based on the two existing platforms, the IPC Gansow R&D department has constructed two machines which represent an exponential improvement in efficiency, efficacy, ergonomics, strength and economy.
Both the appearance and intrinsic characteristics of the walk behind models have been improved, with particular attention to industrialisation of the production process.
The cowling is produced using a rotary moulding system which reduces costs and improves strength, while improving performance as a whole.  In the IPC Gansow tradition of reducing and facilitating machine maintenance as far as possible, the cowling has been equipped with a total opening system to make access to internal components quicker and more immediate.   Extremely compact, the machines are particularly efficient for their market segment, offering a long working life and maximum economy.
The two platforms, conceived to be adapted to the various needs, were also used as the base for creating two ride on models representing the top of the range for cleaning medium-small areas.
The sensational innovation of the IPC Gansow project consists in the fact that motors, components and spare parts (with the exception of the elements necessarily dedicated to different functions) are common for both the walk behind and ride on models.  This reduces the company’s production costs as all processes are integrated. Even more importantly, it helps customers optimise logistics, considerably reducing warehousing and contributing to a more rational and economic management of spare parts and maintenance.   The possibility of carrying out work on either model with interchangeable spare parts and accessories is another opportunity offered by IPC Gansow in the spirit of total service which characterises its strategy.
A strategy of efficiency, one of the numerous factors in the IPC evolution.
